Return Policy & Shipping
Items are shipped out within 2-4 business days each week. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holidays, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 pm will not ship out until Monday morning, unless informed otherwise.
**Antlers & Lace is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with the post office.
Please allow 7 business days for your custom creation to be made unless discussed a date for out of stock materials.
All return items must be received by Antlers & Lace within 14 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Shipping costs occurred will not be refunded. Refund credit will post approximately 3-10 days after processing.
Return items must be unworn with tags still in place, no exceptions.
If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact Antlers & Lace within 2 business days at Antlersandlace@aol.com.
